Then, for cultured dairy drinks, we put the good bugs in the milk and let them do their thing for a few hours, add the fruit and put it in a bottle. &nbsp;Our ice cream process is similar, we make a base mix, add the flavor ingredients and freeze it in our Italian made gelato freezer.
