Milk and Cream

We have two Jersey cows that produce rich milk and cream. Our cows are on pasture year round. We raise them using organic methods and offer them a corn/soy free grain blend for extra protein. We bottle twice a week so you are always getting fresh product. Our dairy products are available only at the farm store. Milk is in 1/2 gallon jars ($8) and cream is in pints ($6). Discounted pricing is available when purchasing a 6 month subscription, which can be purchased online:

Produce and Fruit

We grow all our plants without the use of chemicals. We build our own soils on the farm with manures and compost. We control pests with companion planting, predator insects and hand removal so we have no need for GMO seed.

We grow year round in our tropical greenhouse and will soon have bananas, citrus fruits and year round produce. Check our Facebook page for availability.

Beef and Yak

Our cows and yaks are born and raised in one place. They are not taken to feed lots, but spend their entire life where on pasture where they were born on. On pasture, they get a varied diet, resulting in more flavor and increased nutrition. Remember, you are what you eat, eats. Individual cuts are available at our farm store and Two Cows Creamery & Bistro.

Pork

Our pigs make our soil for us. They are “corn free”, eating barley, triticale, rye, wheat and oats instead. Of course they get plenty of produce scraps and excess milk. Their constant movement keeps them lean and not too fatty. Some of our hogs are processed on farm and some are taken to USDA plants.

Individual cuts are available at our farm store and Two Cows Creamery & Bistro.

Chicken

We raise Cornish Cross using a controlled feed program to keep them growing at a normal pace.  Rather the 5 weeks it takes to grow a factory “chicken” ours take 8-10 weeks and grow feathers, can roost like a normal chicken and are healthy without the use of antibiotics in the feed. Once the chicks have developed feathers, they are raised in pens on pasture that move once a day to new grass. Our chickens a are “corn free” and “soy free”, eating barley, triticale, rye, wheat, oats, bugs and critters instead. The result is a well proportioned bird weighing from 4 to 5 pounds in the package.

Chickens can be purchased both at the farm store and at Two Cows Creamery & Bistro.
